Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or related field preferred
- clean driving record
- effective English communication skills
- physical ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- capability to work under variable temperature and noise levels
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- prior hotel or related experience preferred
- excellent driving record verified by motor vehicle administration report
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of local area and navigation
- good interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with their transportation needs
- share local information and points of interest as a friendly tour guide
- drive guests safely to and from the hotel and designated locations
- maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is fueled and operational
- report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues to management
- follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures
- anticipate and address potential problems by communicating with management
