Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in driving or customer service role
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to enter and exit the shuttle vehicle multiple times per shift

- Prior experience in driving or customer service role
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions to enhance guest experience
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
- Time management skills to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Problem-solving abilities to handle guest inquiries and unexpected situations
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors and customers
Job Duties
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely manner
- Help guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and hotel services
- Conduct regular inspections of the shuttle vehicle, report any maintenance issues, and keep the vehicle clean and organized
- Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations while driving
