Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work Sunday through Tuesday 7am to 3pm with possible additional hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Good physical condition to handle luggage
- Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal traffic laws
- Willingness to assist in other hotel departments when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests
- Good physical condition to assist with luggage
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodations
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
- Maintain safe transportation environment for all guests
- Operate vehicle in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws
- Maintain shuttle cleanliness and daily safety reports
- Track and maintain all vehicle preventative maintenance
- Report any vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner
- Helping in front desk, housekeeping and houseman duties when there are not any driving requests
