Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable 3-year driving record
- Previous shuttle driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to operate property-designated vehicles safely
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively and maintain a professional image at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Ability to speak other languages in a multicultural work environment is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Prior shuttle driving experience preferred, specifically in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of safety and vehicle regulations and emergency procedures
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Ensure that all luggage is on board for all passengers
- Only the driver will load/unload luggage from the vehicle
- Repeatedly move luggage or packages weighing at least 50 lbs
- Transport guest to and from the hotel and local destinations, requesting specific information on each passenger's destinations
- Upon arrival at hotel, refer passengers to Front Desk for registration as driver uploads luggage
