Job Requirements

  • Must have a Class B driver license with passenger endorsements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to follow safety and operational protocols
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours from 10:45 am to 3:15 pm Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • Class B driver license with passenger endorsements
  • One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
  • Ability to operate specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform vehicle pre-inspection and post-inspection activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including operation of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • Help passengers load and unload luggage as needed
  • Inspect vehicles regularly to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities on the shuttle
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
  • Maintain and enforce the bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate
