Job Requirements
- Must have a Class B driver license with passenger endorsements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic vehicle maintenance
- Ability to follow safety and operational protocols
- Must be able to work scheduled hours from 10:45 am to 3:15 pm Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Class B driver license with passenger endorsements
- One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform vehicle pre-inspection and post-inspection activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Job Duties
- Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including operation of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Help passengers load and unload luggage as needed
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities on the shuttle
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries courteously
- Maintain and enforce the bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate
