Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a CDL if required with specific class and endorsement
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
- Availability to work flexible hours depending on contract needs
- Good physical condition to assist passengers and handle luggage
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required and on-the-job training provided
- Preferred one year of prior passenger shuttle driving experience
- Ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation safety standards
Job Duties
- Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs
- Assist passengers with luggage
- Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttle
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans
- Report incidents or claims immediately
- Refuel vehicles and maintain fuel logs
- Disinfect shuttle after each use
- Conduct pre-inspection and post-inspection activities adhering to safety standards
