Job Requirements
- At least 20 years old
- Valid class D non-CDL license
- Valid DOT Medical card or willingness to obtain one (company may cover cost)
- Background check required
- Driving test required
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6 pm-12 am or weekend shifts
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Willingness to assist at events if needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Valid class D non-CDL license in good standing
- Professional driving experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections
- Customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and traffic laws
- Ability to complete required paperwork and operational tasks
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment setup and breakdown such as signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
