Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year prior hotel or related experience preferred
- ability to maintain excellent driving record verified by Motor Vehicle Administration report
- excellent communication skills in English
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure long working hours
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- ability to work under variable environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- prior experience in hotel or transportation service preferred
- strong knowledge of local routes and landmarks
- good interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to perform medium physical work
- ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and offer assistance
- drive guests safely to and from their destinations
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle
- share local knowledge and act as a tour guide
- follow safety and security policies
- report vehicle maintenance issues to management
- provide excellent customer service
