Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous shuttle driving experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable 3-year driving record
- Ability to lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must adhere to all company policies and federal, state, and local laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous shuttle driving experience preferred, specifically in the hotel industry
- Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable 3-year driving record
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Ensure that all luggage is on board for all passengers
- Only the driver will load/unload luggage from the vehicle
- Repeatedly move luggage or packages weighing at least 50 lbs
- Transport guests to and from the hotel and local destinations
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
