- Must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle e.g. class c or cdl if driving larger vans or buses
- No recent traffic violations accidents or driving-related criminal offenses
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly

Job Duties
- Provide safe and timely shuttle service to guests transporting them to airports attractions business centers or other designated locations
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed
- Greet guests warmly provide information about the local area and answer questions about hotel services and amenities
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or special requests during transit
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is clean well-maintained and in good working condition
- Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly and schedule regular maintenance or repairs
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Maintain a valid driver's license and any required certifications
- Log trip details including mileage destinations and passenger counts
- Keep records of maintenance schedules and fuel expenses if required
- Communicate with the front desk to coordinate shuttle schedules and guest pickups
- Adapt to changes in guest schedules or special transportation requests
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean organized and stocked with any amenities
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a friendly welcoming experience for guests
- Be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations such as accidents vehicle breakdowns or medical incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the hotel's services and offerings during interactions with guests
- Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to the schedule avoiding unnecessary delays
