Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Class B driver’s license
  • able to lift up to 100 pounds
  • able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
  • ability to provide excellent guest service
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive guests between airport and hotel and the local area
  • obey all traffic rules and speed limits for safe, accident free trips
  • open and close vehicle doors for guests
  • check guest luggage for both day and overnight visits
  • assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage
  • utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages
  • run hotel errands as instructed by management
  • maintain and clean the designated lobby station and baggage room
  • ensure lobby and hotel exterior/interior is neat and clean
  • greet and welcome guests
  • provide travel directions and local recommendations
  • answer phones to assist PBX/guest calls
  • restock supplies at front desk and business center
  • clean and inspect hotel vehicles
  • maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
  • complete vehicle mileage reports
  • report emergencies, accidents, and safety hazards to management
  • maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • adhere to hotel taxi stand requirements and company policies
  • follow safety and security procedures
  • assist other Front Desk Personnel when needed
  • perform related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
