Job Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance carrier
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
- Pass background check and E-Verify
- Physical ability to perform job duties including repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing or sitting
- REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative required for federal military installation access
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to pass an initial physical examination
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as repetitive motion, lifting, kneeling, and walking
- Tractor trailer driving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Operate shuttle buses, cargo vans, and larger buses to transport trainees, government, and military personnel
- Assist disabled passengers in or out of vehicles
- Perform cargo deliveries as assigned
- Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles
- Clean vehicles and refuel as needed
- Present a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the Statement of Work
- Support community and larger bus operations as required
