Job Duties
- Operate hotel shuttle van to transport guests to and from the airport
- Assist with loading and unloading guest luggage
- Provide information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and like-new condition of the van
- Monitor routine maintenance and report mechanical concerns
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and complaints
