Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record per company standards
- Hold applicable licenses or badges required to operate commercial vehicles
- Willingness to pass physical examination as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and comply with DOT regulations
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record per company standards
- Hold applicable licenses or badges required to operate commercial vehicles
- Able to pass physical exams as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
- Sufficient English language skills for communication, understanding traffic signs, and completing reports
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from airport terminals and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform appropriate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Greet customers warmly and assist with luggage
- Provide pleasant and courteous customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperate with team members to deliver excellent service
- Cross-train for other frontline roles as directed
- Comply with all applicable regulations governing commercial vehicle operation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
