Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking English fluently
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- valid driver’s license with clear DMV Motor Vehicle Report for the past 36 months
- no employee will pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others

Job Duties
- Ensure guests are driven to and from the airport in a safe and efficient manner
- assist with customers' belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs
- provide driving directions and other information to guests
- maintain constant radio contact with Valet and Front Desk to coordinate shuttle transportation and vehicle retrieval
- maintain shuttle maintenance including fueling and cleanliness
- abide by all traffic and airport laws while driving
- immediately report all incidents to the supervisor
