Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking English fluently
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
  • ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • valid driver’s license with clear DMV Motor Vehicle Report for the past 36 months
  • no employee will pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests are driven to and from the airport in a safe and efficient manner
  • assist with customers' belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs
  • provide driving directions and other information to guests
  • maintain constant radio contact with Valet and Front Desk to coordinate shuttle transportation and vehicle retrieval
  • maintain shuttle maintenance including fueling and cleanliness
  • abide by all traffic and airport laws while driving
  • immediately report all incidents to the supervisor
