Job Description
This role is available with a hospitality company dedicated to providing excellent guest services through safe and efficient local transportation. The company operates shuttle services that connect guests to various local destinations, ensuring convenience and comfort during their stay. Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record in order to be approved by company insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements
- Must be comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations

Job Duties
- Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc
- Ensure that all luggage is on board for all passengers
- Only the driver will load/unload luggage from the vehicle
- Repeatedly moves luggage or packages weighing at least 50lbs
- Bring luggage into lobby, bring to room if time permits
- Upon arrival at hotel, refer passengers to Front Desk for registration as driver uploads luggage
- Maintain vehicle mileage log at beginning and end of each trip indicating mileage, time, name, and date
- Complete daily checks of all vital fluids such as oil, transmission fluid, brake, etc. in the assigned vehicle
- Complete interior cleaning: between each trip
- empty all ashtrays, pick up loose debris from floor
- Daily: vacuum floors, clean windows, wipe seats, seat ledges, and other surfaces as necessary
- Adheres to all state and city traffic laws as well as Fleet Safety Policy at all times
