- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience limo or tour-guide experience preferred

- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for interacting with executives
Job Duties
- Safely transporting employees from parking areas to facility entrances ensuring timely arrivals
- Interacting professionally with dispatchers and customers addressing concerns and feedback
- Identifying process improvements collaborating with shuttle management to enhance operations
- Maintaining and managing shuttle route schedules servicing over 1,500 employees daily
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees including C-suite executives
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies during transportation
- Reporting any incidents or operational issues promptly to management
