Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2-3 years of experience required with on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- May require CDL with specific class and endorsement
- Ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles
- Ability to assist passengers with luggage and special needs
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2-3 years of prior passenger shuttle driving experience preferred
- CDL Class B with passengers endorsement required
- Ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Medical certificate and DMV printout required
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including use of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Assist passengers with luggage as needed
- Perform regular vehicle inspections to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine bus maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond courteously to guest inquiries
- Follow and enforce bus evacuation plans and immediately report incidents or claims to management
