Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior serving experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage including wine and cocktails
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays up to 25-30 lbs
  • Availability for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong food and beverage knowledge including wine and cocktail familiarity
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays up to 25-30 lbs
  • Availability for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, attentive, and knowledgeable table service throughout the guest dining experience
  • Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell food and beverage items
  • Accurately enter orders, communicate clearly with the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily features, wine list, and cocktail offerings
  • Perform opening and closing side work, restocking, and station setup
  • Ensure dining and service areas remain clean, polished, and well-organized
  • Process payments accurately and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support teammates and maintain strong communication with servers, food runners, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Uphold all Shula's and Hilton service, safety, and sanitation standards
