Job Requirements

Minimum one year of oyster shucking experience
strong knowledge of oyster types, regions, and seasonal availability
ability to work efficiently under pressure
excellent knife skills and attention to detail
must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
passion for seafood and guest service

Job Duties

Shuck oysters quickly, safely, and consistently to order

collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
uphold Pearlz standards of hospitality and presentation
