Job Duties
- Greet and host clients, guests, and internal teams with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and execute hospitality setups including catering, beverage service, and clean-up
- Prepare and reset showroom spaces before and after client visits and events
- Maintain visual and functional integrity of the showroom, including product displays, technology, and cleanliness
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (AV, Teams, monitors, printers) and liaise with IT or facilities as needed
- Manage inventory of hospitality supplies, samples, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with property management and facilities for repairs, deliveries, and security
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, coordinating catering, and setting up AV/tech resources
- Support showroom representatives and sales managers with mock-up setups, client visit logistics, and post-event breakdowns
- Provide basic product information and assist walk-in customers
- Participate in strategy sessions and VIP visit planning as needed
