Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of showroom or retail management experience
  • demonstrated success in driving sales and profit growth
  • experience managing and developing sales teams
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with sales reporting and CRM tools
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to work onsite Monday to Friday in Miami, FL
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Proven leadership experience in showroom or retail management
  • strong knowledge of sales and operational management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in client acquisition and retention within architectural or design industries
  • ability to mentor and develop sales professionals

  • proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies

  • experienced in staff training and development
  • ability to analyze sales data and operational reports
  • commitment to delivering superior customer service
  • familiarity with tile and stone industry is a plus
  • ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizational teams

Job Duties

  • Set and manage expectations for the customer experience
  • maintain showroom to high standards consistent with the Ann Sacks brand
  • train associates on showroom and outreach sales processes
  • effectively resolve customer issues ensuring timely problem resolution
  • develop personal client relationships delivering superior service and sales results
  • create connections with architectural and design communities through trade participation and events
  • attract develop and retain high-performance sales talent
  • build and maintain a talent pipeline for recruitment
  • own new hire onboarding and training processes
  • provide interactive training including role plays
  • partner with regional manager to develop team skill development plans
  • ensure operational and sales goals are met through management of individual and team results
  • manage showroom profit and loss
  • review sales forecasts and develop sales strategies
  • mentor sales staff on closing strategies balancing sales with profit goals
  • drive territory development strategies including outreach and relationship building
  • proactively coach associates to improve performance
  • collaborate with regional manager and HR on disciplinary and performance plans
  • ensure appropriate staffing and training in all roles
  • manage staff schedules and attendance
  • drive showroom reporting processes and take action based on data analysis
  • maintain office support including supplies and equipment
  • build effective relationships across Ann Sacks and Kohler organizations
  • collaborate with customer care for post-sale client experience
  • utilize partner company resources for team knowledge and sales
  • work with marketing and merchandising to provide feedback on trends and showroom needs
  • coordinate with operations and supply chain for product availability
