Job Requirements

  • Successfully pass a background check including a DMV check
  • possess a current valid driver’s license and operational cell phone
  • ability to speak and understand English
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies, and procedures
  • ability to maintain a composed presence in an often fast-paced environment where multiple tasks, events and stimulus may occur simultaneously
  • ability to remain calm in a confrontational situation
  • ability to determine priorities when given multiple tasks
  • qualified applicants must be available to work long hours including nights, weekends and occasionally holidays
  • must be be able to work in changing environment
  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • ability to speak and understand English
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies, and procedures
  • excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
  • ability to maintain a composed presence in fast-paced and confrontational situations
  • qualified applicants must be available to work long hours including nights, weekends and occasionally holidays

  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Utilize safe driving habits to run various errands
  • provide transportation for visiting production staff throughout the show day
  • display a professional, personable, and respectful attitude with touring and venue personnel
  • deliver and retrieve items from local stores, vendors, airports, hotels, laundry, etc.
  • maintain cash and receipts throughout the day
  • provide local area information to touring personnel
  • operate a large rental van or cargo van as required
