Job Requirements

Successfully pass a background check including a DMV check
possess a current valid driver’s license and operational cell phone
ability to speak and understand English
ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies, and procedures
ability to maintain a composed presence in an often fast-paced environment where multiple tasks, events and stimulus may occur simultaneously
ability to remain calm in a confrontational situation
ability to determine priorities when given multiple tasks
qualified applicants must be available to work long hours including nights, weekends and occasionally holidays
must be be able to work in changing environment
must be at least 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
ability to speak and understand English
ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies, and procedures
excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
ability to maintain a composed presence in fast-paced and confrontational situations
qualified applicants must be available to work long hours including nights, weekends and occasionally holidays
must be able to work in changing environment
must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

Utilize safe driving habits to run various errands
provide transportation for visiting production staff throughout the show day
display a professional, personable, and respectful attitude with touring and venue personnel
deliver and retrieve items from local stores, vendors, airports, hotels, laundry, etc.
maintain cash and receipts throughout the day
provide local area information to touring personnel
operate a large rental van or cargo van as required
