- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- provide basic product or service information and direct guests to appropriate staff
- maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment
- manage guest check-in and ensure prompt assistance
- answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
- support the sales team with administrative tasks when needed
- schedule appointments or demonstrations as required
- assist in coordinating showroom displays and promotional materials
- monitor inventory of brochures, forms, and guest materials
- exemplify core values, family style service, mission and vision
- exemplify DEI culture
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
