Job Requirements

  • Must have associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in design, production, or construction
  • Able to communicate effectively across business levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable following complex workflows and electronic systems
  • Ability to review architectural, engineering, and ride/show documentation
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite at NBCUniversal-designated location

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer 2+ years of coordinator or administrative assistant experience in a themed design, production, or construction firm
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or science preferred
  • Related theme park experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year experience with design, production, or construction
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally across all business levels via phone, written communication, and in person
  • Ability to work independently with persistence and prioritization
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to follow complex workflows and navigate various electronic systems
  • Understanding of architectural, engineering, and ride/show documentation and terminology preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist with attraction documentation including deliverables lists, RFP documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, and project records
  • Collaborate with show producer and project director for project-related third-party intellectual property approval and database maintenance
  • Organize and communicate current project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and development strategies to project team members
  • Facilitate project team meetings including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items
  • Process directives, change orders, contract commitments, payment schedules, and other contract-related documents accurately
  • Provide general administrative support such as calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, and routine correspondence
  • Maintain project files both electronic and hard copy in an organized and retrievable manner
