Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Identify and secure local events and home shows to maximize exposure
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers
  • Build and manage an annual calendar of shows and events
  • Recruit, train, and schedule event demonstrators for optimal coverage
  • Oversee booth setup, displays, and teardown to ensure a professional presentation
  • Engage with event attendees to schedule in-home consultations
  • Collect contest entries and follow up to convert leads into appointments
  • Track and report on event performance, providing insights to improve results
