Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in shotcrete or civil construction concrete
- Proven experience mixing dry and wet shotcrete or grout
- Ability to safely run and secure shotcrete hoses
- Experience operating shotcrete or grouting pumps
- Capability to perform equipment maintenance
- Prior experience with casing or rock drilling
- Minimum one year of traveling construction labor experience
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Consistent punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of shotcrete or civil construction concrete experience
- Experience mixing shotcrete or grout based on specifications for dry and wet applications
- Skilled in running and securing hoses for safety and output
- Experience operating shotcrete or grouting pumps
- Proficient in equipment cleanup and maintenance
- Experience with casing, rock drilling, or related tasks
- At least one year of traveling construction labor experience
- At least one year of outdoor work experience in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet daily production targets
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Committed to construction crew safety principles
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Work with a Superintendent and teammates to apply skills efficiently, safely, and correctly
- Work within specialty while contributing to other tasks for project success
- Travel across the US on a 3-week on, 1-week off or 5-day on, 2-day off schedule
- Learn and apply new skills related to machines, soil technology, specialty techniques, leadership, and problem solving
- Operate and maintain shotcrete or grouting pumps
- Run and secure hoses to maximize safety and output
- Perform equipment cleanup and maintenance
