  • physical ability to meet flight attendant duties
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • willingness to travel frequently
  • successful completion of background and security checks

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and adaptable in unpredictable situations
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work on-call shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to complete 6-week paid training program
  • no prior flight experience required

Job Duties

  • be on-call to cover trips for fellow crewmembers as needed
  • ensure passenger safety throughout flights
  • deliver Alaska Airlines' signature caring customer service
  • assist passengers with special needs and service recovery
  • maintain compliance with all federal aviation regulations
  • participate actively in training and team collaboration
  • manage schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
