Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
- ability to perform basic computer functions
- ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60 lbs
- ability to work with fresh and processed seafood products
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- ability to climb ladders

- ability to work assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies

Job Qualifications
- ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- ability to perform basic math
- experience in food retail or seafood management preferred
- prior experience leading a team
- knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to operate basic computer applications
- leadership and training experience
Job Duties
- direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Seafood Department and its associates
- ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- train, develop, and engage associates
- oversee inventory, pricing, and stocking of seafood products
- lead efforts to provide outstanding customer service
- manage department finances and operational efficiency
