Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with fresh, dried and processed products without allergic consequences
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb a ladder to retrieve items
- Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to engage and lead associates
- Ability to perform all duties in compliance with local, state and federal labor laws
- Completion of department training programs
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Work overtime as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand the English language

Job Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and legal regulations including environmental, health, safety and security
- Adhere to HACCP and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Enforce safety policies and procedures consistently
- Supervise associates in proper use of equipment and personal protective gear
- Greet all customers and provide courteous service
- Promote charitable promotions to customers
- Onboard, train, and develop department associates
- Maintain professional appearance and ensure department presentation standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy, pricing, and storage
- Utilize technology for food service operations
- Manage department financials and staffing to meet goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations
- Perform additional duties such as food preparation and catering as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, associates and management
- Maintain records and reports accurately
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
- Handle lifting and transportation of merchandise safely
