Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift

- ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without allergic reactions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in food service or retail management
- knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards

Job Duties

- ensure full stock rotation and product display compliance

- manage department financials and shrink control
- maintain proper staffing and training completion
- assist with food preparation and special orders
- perform other duties as assigned
