Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, and understand English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed food products without allergic reactions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly manner
- Ability to comply with all scheduled work shifts and attendance policies
- Ability to engage and lead associates effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service management or related field
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficient in basic math and computer applications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all functions of the Food Service Department
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures including HAACP
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Train, lead, and develop department associates
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure pricing accuracy
- Promote excellent customer service and support charitable campaigns
- Manage department financials and operational efficiency
