Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, and understand English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed food products without allergic reactions
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly manner
  • Ability to comply with all scheduled work shifts and attendance policies
  • Ability to engage and lead associates effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service management or related field
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Proficient in basic math and computer applications
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise all functions of the Food Service Department
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures including HAACP
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Train, lead, and develop department associates
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure pricing accuracy
  • Promote excellent customer service and support charitable campaigns
  • Manage department financials and operational efficiency
