Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with various food products without negative allergic consequences

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food service management or related supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and legal regulations including health and safety standards
- Ensure all food safety procedures including HAACP compliance are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with department standards
- Supervise associates in proper equipment use and safety practices
- Lead hiring, training, and development of food service department associates
- Monitor inventory, verify invoice accuracy, and manage stock rotation
- Provide excellent customer service and promote charitable sales initiatives
