Job Requirements
- Possess valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive continuously during scheduled shifts
- Ability to operate GPS and organize deliveries
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to meet deadlines timely
- Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift durations
- Ability to handle American currency and perform basic math
- Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Tolerant of dust, chemical agents, and food products
- Friendly and helpful customer interaction skills
- Cooperative work attitude
- Availability to work assigned schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate GPS and organize delivery routes efficiently
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Basic math skills including handling cash
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction

- Completion of HIPAA privacy and security training as required
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations affecting store operations
Job Duties
- Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance
- Maintain good communications with associates and management
- Perform projects/assignments as designated by store management
- Maintain valid vehicle documentation including license, registration, and insurance
- Utilize vehicle for authorized company business only
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle following automotive service recommendations
- Ensure complete orders are loaded and securely transported
- Obey all traffic regulations and report incidents
- Make timely and efficient deliveries
- Collect payments using handheld electronic devices
- Exhibit professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information
- Complete HIPAA privacy and security training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to sanitation standards
- Keep floors clear of debris and spills
- Follow HAZCOM and chemical safety procedures
- Utilize and maintain department equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Regularly lift, pull, push merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Be knowledgeable about store product locations and pricing
- Promote charitable sales to customers
- Adhere to company shrink guidelines
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to front-end operations
- Follow company rules, policies, safety, and security standards
- Complete all department training programs
- Uphold ShopRite service priorities
- Maintain punctual attendance and work overtime as assigned
- Collaborate cooperatively with others
- Operate balers and machinery only if over 18
- Perform other duties as assigned
