Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- possess valid state driver’s license and have clean driving record
- ability to drive continuously throughout scheduled shift
- ability to operate GPS and organize deliveries
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- able to meet deadlines
- proficient in English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension
- physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift 25 to 50 lbs
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- able to interact with customers and coworkers professionally
- compliance with all attendance policies
- complete HIPAA Privacy and Security training
- maintain punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Greet all customers and provide them with prompt courteous service and assistance
- maintain good communications with associates and management throughout the organization
- perform other projects and assignments as designated by the store management
- maintain valid documentation for use of vehicle including license, registration, and insurance
- utilize vehicle for authorized company business only
- maintain a clean, safe and organized vehicle, adhering to automotive service recommendations
- ensure complete order is loaded for delivery and safely secured in vehicle
- obey all traffic regulations and report any traffic incidents
- make timely and efficient deliveries
- ensure all payments are made in full, may use handheld electronic payment device
- exhibit professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- complete HIPAA Privacy and Security training modules
- maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
- clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment according to sanitation standards
- keep floor clear of debris and spills
- perform duties in accordance with company’s HAZCOM program and follow manufacturer’s label instructions for chemical products
- utilize and maintain equipment as required and report any equipment problems
- regularly lift, pull, push and rotate merchandise that weighs 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- stand at work station for duration of shift which may exceed 8 hours
- check prices and be knowledgeable about location of items in store
- promote charitable promotions to customers
- understand and adhere to company shrink guidelines
- perform duties in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
- perform duties in accordance with company rules, policies, safety requirements, and health and civil code regulations
- complete all applicable department training programs
- perform duties in accordance with ShopRite service priorities of safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency
- maintain punctual and regular attendance

- operate balers, hi-lo’s, power jacks, and slicing machines if 18 or older
