Job Requirements
- Have strong hospitality skills with a commitment to delivery of excellent client services
- Ability to stand, walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with a variety of fresh, dried and processed products, spices and powders without allergic consequences
- Ability to use computer for online orders
- Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
- Must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-lo’s, power jacks, and slicing machines

- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to use the telephone for over-the-phone orders
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- Ability to perform basic math skills

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of catering orders from customers and production side of the business
- Maintain communication with department managers regarding orders, changes or any issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate, schedule and communicate all pick-ups and deliveries to the client, department managers, customer service
- Have product knowledge including servings, amounts, cost and complimentary items to suggest
- Utilize ShopRite's Order Ready Online catering tool to maximize data tracking
- Utilize social media and local events to grow the ShopRite Kitchen catering brand
- Develop and maintain customer relationship processes such as follow-up calls and notes
- Perform duties in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations as they pertain to catering operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment
- Work cooperatively with others and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
