Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to use computer for online orders
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with various fresh and processed products without allergic consequences
- Ability to wear required uniform and follow grooming standards
- Must be 18 years or older to operate certain equipment
- Ability to perform all duties in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Ability to perform all assigned schedules and work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to use telephone for taking orders
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, analyzing, interpreting, and understanding English
- Basic math skills
- Strong hospitality skills and commitment to excellent client services

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of catering orders from customers and production side
- Maintain communication with department managers regarding orders, changes, or issues
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate all pick-ups and deliveries
- Have product knowledge including servings, amounts, cost, and complementary items
- Utilize Wakefern's online catering tool for data tracking
- Utilize social media and local events to grow the catering brand
- Develop and maintain customer relationship processes such as follow-up calls and handwritten notes
