Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for duration of scheduled shift
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to use the computer for online orders
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift 25 lbs regularly and occasionally lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to work with fresh, dried and processed products, spices, and powders without allergic reactions
  • Commitment to hospitality and excellent client services
  • Resourceful self-starter with interpersonal skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate certain machinery
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and rotate equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and comply with company uniform policies

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to use the telephone for over-the-phone orders

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of catering orders from the customer and production side
  • Maintain communication with department managers regarding orders, changes or issues
  • Coordinate, schedule and communicate all pick-ups and deliveries
  • Have product knowledge including servings, amounts, costs, and suggest complimentary items
  • Utilize the company’s online catering tool for data tracking
  • Use social media and local events to grow the catering brand
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship processes including follow-up communications
