Job Requirements
- ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to work with fresh, dried and processed products without allergic reactions
- ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
- must be 18 years or older to operate certain equipment

Job Duties
- maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
- maintain department sanitation and quality assurance standards
- clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment
- keep floor clear of debris and spills
- greet all customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance
- maintain and properly use all department equipment as required
- pack out product into display cases
- rotate product to ensure freshness
- ensure accurate signage for the department
- prepare trays to company’s and customer’s satisfaction
- perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
- dress and groom according to company policy including uniform, name badge and hair restraints
- perform duties in accordance with quality assurance hand washing and glove use standards
- follow recipes to produce food products of specified flavor, texture and appearance
- adhere to weights and measures guidelines
- set up, operate and tend baking equipment
- prepare special order requests
- take inventory of supplies and reorder as needed
- check prices and product locations
- promote charitable sales
- stand for extended periods
- receive and store deliveries
- assist other departments when instructed
- comply with company safety, health and security policies
- handle damaged and spoiled products
- check refrigeration and equipment performance
- complete department training
- maintain punctual and regular attendance
- work overtime as assigned
- cooperate with coworkers
- perform other assigned duties
