Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to stand and walk during the entire scheduled shift
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic reactions
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb ladders to access storage
- Ability to interact and provide friendly assistance to customers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and activities
- Manage and lead bakery associates to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Train, develop, and engage bakery staff
- Manage inventory, pricing, and product presentation
- Uphold service priorities of safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency
- Monitor department financial performance and adjust operations accordingly
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
