Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic reactions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb a ladder to retrieve items from storage
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Ability to work assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Ability to engage and lead associates to achieve department goals
Job Qualifications
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others

- Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Manage hiring, training, and coaching of bakery associates
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bakery department
- Monitor inventory, product quality, and pricing accuracy
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Promote customer service excellence and associate engagement
