Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Bakery Department
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and food handling policies
- Lead and train Associates to achieve department goals
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Manage inventory and product presentation
- Monitor sales and control department financials
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new Associates
- Maintain production logs and temperature records
