Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to stand and walk for scheduled shifts
- ability to perform basic computer functions
- ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs
- ability to work with fresh, dried, processed products, spices, and powders without allergic reactions
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- ability to climb ladders
- ability to interact with customers friendly and cooperatively
- ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- ability to engage and lead associates
- ability to maintain punctual attendance and work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English

- experience in managing a retail or bakery department preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance
- ability to use computer applications relevant to bakery operations
- excellent communication and training skills
- ability to work cooperatively with team members and customers
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and associates
- ensure food safety and compliance with company policies and local, state, federal regulations
- maintain clean, safe, and organized bakery environment
- lead and train bakery associates, including onboarding new hires
- manage inventory accuracy and product quality
- ensure proper merchandising, product rotation, and pricing
- promote friendly customer service and positive customer experiences
