Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform basic math

- Ability to work with food products and cleaning agents

Job Qualifications
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food safety procedures
- Train, develop, and engage bakery associates
- Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory control and accurate record keeping
- Promote excellent customer service and friendly interaction with customers
- Oversee department financials, pricing accuracy, and shrink control
