Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise all bakery department functions and activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food safety procedures
  • Train, develop, and engage bakery associates
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
  • Manage inventory control and accurate record keeping
  • Promote excellent customer service and friendly interaction with customers
  • Oversee department financials, pricing accuracy, and shrink control
