Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed products without allergic consequences
- ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- must be 18 years or older to operate certain machinery
- maintain punctual and regular attendance

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment
- maintain department sanitation and QA standards
- clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- keep floor clear of debris and spills
- greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
- maintain and properly use all department equipment
- pack out product into display cases
- rotate product to ensure freshness
- ensure accurate signage for the department
- prepare trays to company’s and customer’s satisfaction
- perform duties in accordance with regulations
- dress and groom according to company policy
- follow QA hand washing standards and use disposable gloves
- follow recipes to produce food products
- set up and operate equipment
- prepare special order requests
- track movement of sales on production logs
- take inventory and reorder supplies
- place reclamation properly
- lift and transport merchandise
- receive deliveries
- promote charitable sales
- work assigned shift including overtime
- comply with safety and security standards
- adhere to HAZCOM program
- handle damaged and spoiled products
- utilize and maintain equipment
- report equipment or refrigeration failures
- complete training programs
