Job Requirements

  • Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed products without allergic reactions
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
  • Ability to climb a ladder for overhead items
  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to follow all assigned work schedules and attendance policies
  • Ability to engage and lead associates to achieve department goals

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English

  • Experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws
  • Enforce HAACP and food handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Lead and train associates including interviewing, selection, and performance feedback
  • Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and presentation of merchandise
  • Oversee department financials and adjust operations to meet goals
  • Maintain accurate inventory and complete required reporting
