Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, or processed products without allergic reactions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb a ladder for overhead items
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to follow all assigned work schedules and attendance policies
- Ability to engage and lead associates to achieve department goals
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws
- Enforce HAACP and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lead and train associates including interviewing, selection, and performance feedback
- Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and presentation of merchandise
- Oversee department financials and adjust operations to meet goals
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete required reporting
