Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally
  • ability to work with spices, fresh and processed products without allergic reaction
  • ability to work in varying temperature environments
  • tolerance to dust and cleaning agents
  • ability to climb ladders to retrieve items
  • ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
  • engage and lead associates towards achieving department goals

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
  • basic math skills
  • effective communication and leadership skills
  • experience in supervising staff and managing retail operations preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures
  • ability to use computer and related technology for department operations
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws
  • supervise associates and enforce safety and company procedures
  • maintain clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment
  • greet and provide courteous service to customers
  • assist in onboarding, training, and developing associates
  • ensure accurate price labeling and merchandise presentation
  • manage department operations and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
