Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- ability to work with spices, fresh and processed products without allergic reaction
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- tolerance to dust and cleaning agents
- ability to climb ladders to retrieve items
- ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies

Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- basic math skills
- effective communication and leadership skills
- experience in supervising staff and managing retail operations preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures
- ability to use computer and related technology for department operations
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws
- supervise associates and enforce safety and company procedures
- maintain clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment
- greet and provide courteous service to customers
- assist in onboarding, training, and developing associates
- ensure accurate price labeling and merchandise presentation
- manage department operations and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
