Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in various temperatures and tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb ladders safely
- Ability to work assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Ability to engage and lead associates to meet departmental goals

Job Qualifications
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate basic computer functions
- Leadership experience in a retail or deli department
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Duties
- Perform duties according to company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain HACCP and food handling standards
- Enforce safety policies and supervise equipment use
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock rotation
- Greet customers and provide courteous service
- Train, develop, and lead department associates
- Maintain department cleanliness, appearance, and compliance with presentation standards
