Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for entire scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust and cleaning agents

- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to comply with all time and attendance policies

Job Qualifications
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in basic computer functions
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Experience in supervising or managing a retail or food service team
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli department functions and associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of department associates
- Manage inventory accuracy, product quality, and merchandising standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to enhance customer experience
- Oversee department financials and adjust operations to meet sales and profit goals
