Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in planning or production coordination
  • Proficiency in communication and teamwork
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Understanding of material and work package management

Job Duties

  • Provide liaison between planning, scheduling, production and project management
  • Verify work package availability for planned production look-ahead
  • Assess material availability at the work pack level
  • Coordinate minor work delays with production, project and logistics
  • Work with production to validate work pack kitting accuracy
  • Review work packages that remain open when a module has finished its stage of construction
  • Coordinate with production supervisory personnel to ensure smooth and efficient construction and reduce work-in-progress
  • Communicate lessons learned from the field to planning team
  • Answer questions about work scope
  • Comply with company procedures and policies
